The valves on both sides of the silencer control gas flow, with housings cast in-house. The weight is 44.8% (14.6 kg) lower than the sport stock exhaust. A power gain of 4.2 kW (5.7 hp) at 5,950 rpm and torque increase of 8.0 Nm at 2,150 rpm were achieved when tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid Coupé with a stock sport exhaust system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe harmonic and satisfying sound, perfectly matched to the engine's operation, gives the impression of a V12 engine from inside the cabin. The specially developed control kit converts the Akrapovič exhaust system from a mechanical system to a mechatronic one. The gas flow from each link pipe is driven into the muffler without unpleasant streaming or whistling, with peaks at specific frequencies dampened for cruising comfort, and the sportier and emphasized sound is fully embraced when driving more dynamically. The sound experience of the Evolution Line (Titanium) system is directly linked to the car's drive with no compromise to comfort or sportiness.
