We buy in the original pieces and remanufacture the part into a carbon part. The process is called lamination or “skinning” which infuses genuine carbon onto the existing part. What you are left with is a carbon fibre part with OEM Mercedes fitment.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vents once produced are then finished off in a high gloss lacquer, after which the carbon is hand polished and sealed in with a very high carnauba content wax, supplied by our partner Race Glaze that gives both depth and protection.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease note that this is for just air vents themselves, the centre console panel is not included.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe also offer a rebate system where once you’ve fitted the carbon piece, your old vents can be sent back to us for a £100 rebate on your purchase.
