Type-TW double-sided carbon fiber hood for 2015 - 2017 Ford Mustang

Double-Sided - carbon fiber 'skeleton' bonded to underside of carbon fiber hood - reduced weight

Mesh screen is removable and paintable

Mounts with OE hardware

Modifications may be necessary for correct fitment of the OE windshield washer spray nozzles as part of the normal installation process

OE rubber bump stops may need to be relocated from chassis to hood

All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins - AeroCatch or Quik-Latch 

Heat shield required 

Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 24.7 lbs. (stock hood weighs 31 lbs.)

Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack

Please note that Anderson Composites does not suggest re-installing gas hood shocks/dampers/struts. Damages to the hood that results from the use of gas struts will not be covered under warranty.

The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended
